If you purchase just the sublimation transfer, you will receive the physical image which is ready to be pressed. Printed colors may differ from on-screen colors. A Heat press is required, do not use an iron. 
 
Sublimation can be done on Light colored fabrics, with a minimum of 65% polyester. The higher the polyester count, the better the quality.
